These terms govern access to https://security-apps.digital and engagements with Security Apps (“we”, “us”) for NFT holding assessments, long-term token allocation reviews, and related desk sessions. By using the site or commissioning a review, you accept these terms.

<h2>Services described</h2>
<p>Content on this site describes professional review and advisory engagements. It does not constitute investment advice tailored to you until a written engagement is confirmed, and it is not an offer to buy or sell any token or NFT. We do not operate brokerage, custody, or payment checkout on this website.</p>

<h2>Intellectual property</h2>
<p>Site text, layout, and branding belong to Security Apps or its licensors. Allocation memos and assessment letters delivered under an engagement belong to the commissioning client for internal use; we retain the right to keep anonymized methodological notes. You may not copy site materials for commercial republication without permission.</p>

<h2>Client responsibilities</h2>
<p>You are responsible for the accuracy of holdings information you provide and for keeping signing keys and seed phrases offline and undisclosed to us. You must not use the site to submit unlawful content or to attempt unauthorized access.</p>

<h2>Limitation of liability</h2>
<p>To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from market movements after a memo’s date. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.</p>

<h2>Governing law</h2>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Busan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.</p>

<h2>Changes</h2>
<p>We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for site access. Signed engagement letters control for paid work already underway.</p>
