Long-term token allocation review · Family office, Seoul

“They slowed us down on three tokens we were ready to exit. The memo made the concentration risk plain enough that our family council could argue about it without shouting. I still wish the draft had arrived two days earlier ahead of our meeting, but the final ranges held up under questioning.”

— H. Yoon, liaison

NFT holding assessment · Private collector, Busan

“Daniel’s letter separated the pieces we keep for the apartment wall from the cluster that was quietly half the collection’s risk. We did not sell in a rush. We did update custody notes before a gift to my sister.”

— S. Nam

Rebalance readiness session · Multi-entity book

“We already had an allocation map from last year. The half-day session caught two proposed moves that would have broken our own concentration caps. Short note, useful appendix for the custodian.”

— Operations lead, undisclosed office

Extended note: a staged liquidity window

A coastal family planned a three-year liquidity window while keeping a core token sleeve for heirs. The allocation review mapped which positions could fund the window without collapsing the core ranges. Custody frictions on two venues became the unexpected bottleneck — not price targets.

The written memo gave counsel a list of operational questions before any transfer. Execution remained with the family’s existing brokers. Our role ended at the memo and a follow-up readiness session six months later.
