Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid desk engagements with Security Apps: long-term token allocation reviews, NFT holding assessments, and rebalance readiness sessions. This site does not sell downloadable products or run checkout; invoices are issued separately after a brief.

<h2>Eligibility</h2>
<p>Full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel an engagement for our own scheduling reasons and no substitute date is agreed. Partial refunds apply when you cancel after work has started, as described below.</p>

<h2>Timeframe to request</h2>
<p>Refund requests should be emailed to contact@security-apps.digital within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request (cancellation notice, missed deliverable date, or our cancellation notice).</p>

<h2>Deposits</h2>
<p>A 40% deposit confirms your calendar slot. If you cancel more than ten business days before the scheduled intake start, the deposit is refundable minus a ₩150,000 administration fee. Cancellations inside ten business days forfeit the deposit unless we fill the slot with another client, in which case we refund the deposit minus the administration fee.</p>

<h2>Work already started</h2>
<p>After intake materials are accepted and desk work begins, fees for time already spent are non-refundable. Remaining prepaid amounts for unfinished stages may be refunded proportionally or credited toward a rescheduled session within three months.</p>

<h2>No-shows</h2>
<p>Failure to attend a scheduled walkthrough without twenty-four hours’ notice may forfeit that session’s allocated fee. We will offer one reschedule when notice is given in time.</p>

<h2>Rescheduling</h2>
<p>One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least five business days ahead. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩200,000 calendar fee.</p>

<h2>Non-refundable items</h2>
<p>Third-party venue costs (if a off-site room was booked at your request), completed written memos already delivered, and administration fees stated above are non-refundable.</p>

<h2>Process and method</h2>
<p>Email contact@security-apps.digital with your engagement reference, reason, and payment receipt. Approved refunds are returned via the original bank transfer method within fourteen business days after approval.</p>

<h2>Exceptions</h2>
<p>Mandatory cooling-off or consumer rights under Korean law apply where they cannot be waived. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.</p>
