<p>Inquiry forms may collect name, email, selected review type, optional portfolio-scope notes, and your message. Engagement work may additionally include holdings summaries and custody notes you choose to share. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and timestamps. <h2>Purposes</h2>
<p>We use data to respond to inquiries, deliver reviews, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.</p>

<h2>Retention</h2>
<p>Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement files are retained for seven years or as required by applicable bookkeeping rules, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics cookies follow the durations listed in the cookies table.</p>

<h2>Your rights</h2>
<p>Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. <p>If a processor outside Korea hosts email or site infrastructure, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer. Holdings materials are shared only through channels agreed for your engagement.</p>

<p>We apply access limits and encryption in transit where supported. Never send seed phrases or private keys by email or form.</p>
