Inside the allocation desk

A look at how we run NFT and long-term token allocation reviews from Centum City — from brief to written memo.

Team discussing documents at a long table

Why a desk, not a dashboard

Private wealth clients already have screens. What they ask us for is a paced reading of the book: which token sleeves still match a multi-year plan, which NFT clusters carry hidden concentration, and what belongs in a memo a family council can actually use.

The desk is physical — lamp light, paper drafts, a quiet room in Haeundae-gu — and procedural. Every engagement follows the same spine so nothing important is left to improvisation.

Engagement spine

01

Brief

You name goals, constraints, and which sleeves are in scope. We confirm whether the flagship allocation review, an NFT assessment, or a readiness session fits.

02

Intake

Holdings summaries and custody notes arrive through an agreed channel. Seed phrases are never requested.

03

Desk work

We rebuild the book on our worksheets, mark horizon mismatches, and draft ranges or collection notes.

04

Walkthrough

A live session — in Busan when possible — to challenge the draft before it hardens into a memo.

05

Memo

You receive the written artifact for internal use. Execution, if any, stays with your existing custodians and brokers.

Companion reference (optional)

Some clients keep a read-only holdings checklist on their Windows machine during intake. If you use that checklist from Microsoft Store, it opens the Store listing only — no file download from this site.
